Beta are true pioneers in the Peruvian agriculture sector, growing and exporting fresh produce to global markets for the past three decades. Founded in 1994, the company is 100% Peruvian-owned and has become one of the most important players in South American agribusiness. Agri-Food Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in the marketing of fresh fruits and vegetables. Jose María specializes in the marketing and distribution within Spain and other international markets.
Helen joined the fresh produce industry in 2022, bringing with her a strong background in logistics, accounts, and administration. At Beta Best Produce, she oversees budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and the day-to-day management of financial operations.
Aimee has been with the company for nearly a year. She brings 26 years of finance experience across a variety of sectors, which has led her to her role supporting the accounts and logistics function. Aimee works closely with the team, providing hands-on administrative support and assisting with day-to-day financial and logistics operations.
Jonathan is part of the Logistics, Compliance, and Operations team at Beta Best Produce, supporting the coordination of shipments and ensuring operations meet company and industry standards across the UK and Europe. He works closely with suppliers, warehouses, transport providers, and clients to maintain efficient and reliable fresh produce logistics.
