In agreement with the NGO COPRODELI, Techo Propio Program, Fondo Mi Vivienda, Complejo Agroindustrial Beta provides facilities to its employees to get their own home. 200 homes are part of the housing complex that is located in the district of Chincha Baja, in the department of Ica. It offers services such as Medical Center, Educational Institution, permanent surveillance, green areas, recreational areas and commercial stores.
Families from the communities near our operations, located in the departments of Piura, Lambayeque and Ica, receive preventive health care and quality medicines for free. Per year, we carry out 12 medical campaigns.
Since 2017, we have the Vamos Beta volunteer program, a learning and capacity building space for employees. Volunteers have participated in training on the development of social projects, labor rights, and clown workshops. The “More color, more smiles” project consists of improving the infrastructure of the different schools in Piura, Lambayeque, Chincha and Ica.

The Abriendo Caminos program seeks to promote equality and non-violence against women within Agroindustrial Beta and in the surrounding communities. In this way, we support the empowerment and contribution of women in the agro-industrial industry within the framework of Empresa Segura, free of violence and discrimination against women.
To guarantee our commitment to the environment, we have environmental monitoring programs and compliance reports aligned with our environmental management instruments, approved by the Directorate of Agricultural Environmental Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation.
